Hiring price quetions

Hi there! I'm looking to quote a client on producing their animation and I'm going to hire some of you amazing people when/if the time comes! I have a question first. I came to these prices so far for the project. Are they fair?

5 characters @ $300/character

props/ scenes/backgrounds: $800

animation production: $5000

The project revolves around 1 specific space with a few different effects/ and Avant Garde visuals of a chess game. Things needed: blood effects, pieces getting knocked off a board, angry/mad faces

Total $7300 split between a solid team of 5 animators/illustrators so each person get $1460.

Is this fair? TIA
